Values
Audience represents the context the design targets, as well as uniting user and business goals. I believe in the importance in balancing the tangible and the ideal; to keep in perspective what is part of shorter-term baseline goals vs. what is part of longer-term blue sky goals.
Aesthetic represents the visual appeal of a hi-fidelity polished product, and all the steps that inform the design. I take inspiration from various sources, including aesthetic styles derived from music, fashion, installation and set design, and nature itself.
Aspiration represents what the user is meant to take away from having interacted with the design, and how that translates into the impression it leaves in its environment. From successful conversion and retention to adaptation to shifting industry needs, I believe defining the problem that the product is meant to address is essential to its forward momentum.
